Tutoring Service: Extended Sessions, Cancellations and Refund Policy

Due to high demand, travel time, and the care I dedicate to each session, payment in advance is required to reserve your spot. 

If you’d like a session to go longer than an hour, no problem at all!  Please message me with your preferred day/time as well as how many hours you'd like and we'll make it work. 

If a session is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, the full session fee will be charged automatically.

I completely understand that life can be unpredictable, and I always aim to approach each situation with compassion and fairness. That said, last-minute cancellations make it difficult to offer that time to another family who may be waiting, and they do impact my ability to plan and support each student effectively.

This policy helps me continue providing consistent, high-quality support to every student I work with.
