Cancellation and Refund Policy

Due to high demand, travel time and the care I put into each session, payment in advance is required to reserve your spot. If a session is cancelled within 24 hours, the full session fee will be charged automatically. I truly understand that life happens—and I always try to be as understanding and fair as possible. That said, last-minute cancellations make it hard for me to offer that time to another family in need, and they do represent a real impact on my schedule and time. This policy helps ensure that I can continue to offer quality support to every student I work with. I appreciate your understanding—and I’m always happy to talk through scheduling needs or changes as early as possible!
